Entry to the 9/11 Memorial Museum
Learn about the events of 9/11, including stories of loss and recovery. The 9/11 Memorial Museum is the global focal point for preserving the history of the events of 9/11, documenting the impact of the attacks, and exploring 9/11's continuing significance. T&Cs: Before visiting the museum, please download your entry pass from bigbustours.com/booking-portal. If you do not download your entry pass, please redeem your booking confirmation with a Big Bus Tours staff member before your visit to the museum. The historical exhibition may not be appropriate for visitors younger than 10 years of age. Adults accompanying younger visitors should exercise discretion before entering. The 9/11 Memorial Museum will continue operating five days a week from Thursdays to Mondays, 10 am to 5 pm EST. Last entry at 3:30 PM. The last entry helps to allow visitors the time to fully experience the Museum. An average visit takes about two hours.
